And the carnage ensues.

The Colossal titan breaches a large section of the outer wall with a powerful kick, and a legion of smaller titans infiltrate the city.

Death Count? At least ten thousand. Countless others, homeless.

It was like a god came down from the heavens in the full extent of his wrath and let it out on the people of Paradis Island.

But, why? Power.

This wasn't just an attack. This was a message.

“This city will be mine.”

With the people at the mercy of these behemoths, and the entire island in jeopardy, a hero had to emerge.

On the afternoon of this fall, a young hero was reborn— Eren Yeager.

This scene was one of the biggest definitive moments in the Attack on Titan series; the beginning of the main character's quest to revenge his mother's death.
